‘Not young enough to know everything’

Here’s a quandry for the ad industry. Various surveys have picked up on the fact that roughly 80% of the personnel that work in media and creative agencies are under the age of 40. It’s a big ask to expect a 23 year-old university graduate who lives in London to get into the mind of a 43 year old single mum of four in Hull. The question is, does the industry want or even see the need to change it? The title is another quote from Oscar Wilde by the way.
