Anyone else really enjoying the ‘Can Gerry Robinson fix the NHS’ on the beeb? I think its genius. Fascinating insight into how a huge public organisation works and the sort of programme that gets you shouting at the telly. But the most amazing thing is how the staff at the sharp end have all the good ideas about how to improve things.
