I'm happy to announce that (after a closely fought contest) the winner of our inaugral post of the month is Dino, with his excellent post on Gestures and Communication. Well done Dino – you get props from your blogging peers and to 'wear' the Think Tank badge if you so wish. We had a decent number of nominations and a good number of votes so my thanks to everyone for taking part. Nominations will open again in early November for posts that ran in October so start thinking about the good ones you've already read this month.
