Christmas Day might be over but hey, it's still the festive season. I can't believe that in amongst all the awful agency christmas videos (why?) I missed this festive charmer from LBi. Fifty old agency cell phones upcycled to form an interactive art installation that you can play live. Lovely. Says its creator James Theophane:
"Each phone is individually addressed by a computer to cofunction and create a choral arrangement. Assigning each phone a tone, the mass is transformed into an aural form that appears to come alive, shimmering and flirting for onlookers."
So, on that note, that's it for 2009. It's been quite a year. Over the past 12 months the number of readers of this blog has doubled. Readers from 168 countries. There's been some great discussion, and I've met some amazing people through it. So I'd just like to say thanks for reading, thanks for stopping by, and thanks for participating. It's been a blast. Roll on the new decade.
