If you're a regular reader you'll know that I value good curation. So I'm setting up a weekly e-mail based update that pulls together some of the best things that I've come across in the week, as well bits and pieces of news about what I'm up to. I already have an RSS feed of-course that will continue be the main channel for my writing (and which you can get as an update in your inbox should you wish), and I also stick interesting things I find up on the Tumblr. So why do this?
The short answer is I wanted a
way to keep in regular contact with a growing list of clients and people who don't
necessarily come to the blog every week, and to highlight either interesting stuff that I may have
read and bookmarked, but didn't blog about (yet), or pieces that I've authored that are posted elsewhere (I now write for a few select outlets as part of what I do).
I'm not going to
be too prescriptive about what you'll get every week. It's more fun
that way. But suffice to say that my aim is to provide value and interest. A weekly fillet of fish, if you will. You can see a preview example here.
