    @simon – I’m going to take the Ben Kunz post in preference to the Loic Le Meur one if that’s OK. Really liked it.
    @Gemma – am slightly sensitive abnout including talks only since if we have a number of them it could make the voting process quite cumbersome but I really liked the talk so am going to include it. Thanks for nominating it 🙂

    I nominate “rock stars, ninjas, and assholes” by Bud Caddell
    Specifically because he pointed out how people are “out for blood” and this really struck me.
