Post Of The Month – December 2011 – Nominations

Time to open nominations for Post Of The Month for December (hopefully we can remember as far back as 2011), so please nominate your favourite posts that were posted in that month, in the comments below. I’d like to nominate Steve Denning’s piece on putting the customer at the centre as key to fixing the issue of business priorities. Not sure if you count it as a blog entry but incredibly important thinking.
