Post Of The Month – February 2012 – Nominations

ThinktankPOTM1

Nominations are now open for Post Of The Month. So do please nominate your favourite posts that were posted in the month of February, in the comments below. As usual, I've listed a few of my own favourites as a starter but please do add to them and once I have a good list I'll stick them all up for a vote. OK, so the starting four are:

Is The Problem For Brands That They Now Build Down To A Price Rather Than Up To A Quality? by Rob Campbell

The Religion Of Common Sense Marketing from Ross Farquhar

What Has Advertising Ever Done For The Economy? by James Best

Data Should Be Used As Evidence And Not Illustration by Simon Kendrick

Please do nominate your own in the comments below.

The BBC’s English Regions Social Media Strategy. Post by Robin Morley. Needs to be read in conjunction with the strategy pdf that is linked to in the post, so might not be sufficiently user-friendly for this forum. But it’s an admirable exercise in transparency, common sense and plain English. When was the last time you saw all three of those in an SM strategy?

It’s a particularly strong month of articles but I’m going to unfortunately be “that guy” and put forward a post I did in Feb which I was happy with how it turned out.
