I'm very pleased to announce that Google Firestarters is travelling down under again in early March. Taking 'Digital Storytelling' as our theme, we'll be running our first ever Firestarters in Auckland on March 1st, and then will be returning to Sydney on March 3rd. Both events take place in the evening, and as always with Firestarters we have an exceptional line-up of speakers:
Firestarters Auckland: Gavin Becker (Head of Digital, Technology & Innovation at Colenso BBDO), Jane Stanley (Managing Director, Resolution & Accuen NZ), and James Hurman (Strategist and author of The Case For Creativity)
Firestarters Sydney: Faris Yakob (founder Genius Steals), Angela Morris (Exec Planning Director, JWT Australia), Graeme Wood (Head of Strategy, M2M Australia)
There's a number of angles that we'll be coming at the theme from including the intersection of data and creativity, so I'm really looking forward to hearing our fabulous speakers. As usual, I have some guest passes to give away to readers of this blog, so if you'll be in town for either event and would like to come along, drop me a note.
